2018.014.007 [Grogger, Purim]

Purim Groggers are noisemakers used during the Jewish holiday of Purim, which commemorates the saving of the Jewish people from Haman, a man who planned to kill all of the Jews. When the Megillah (The Scroll of Esther) is read on the holiday, groggers are used each time Haman's name is mentioned to scorn him and his deeds.
