Cub Scouts Boy Scouts of America (BSA) pocket knife. Three blades, black carved handle with Boy Scout emblem, and keychain hook. Made by Imperial. This pocket knife in particular is associated with the Winnebago Council. The council itself serves 17 counties in Northeast Iowa including Black Hawk county. The council has operated two camps in Northeastern Iowa including camp Ingawanis which has been operating since 1924 and is located near Waverly, Iowa. The other camp, known as the Scout Reservation, was closed in 2012 after it was decided that all camps must be self-sufficent.
