This is a 1957 Lincoln automobile owned by Dr. R.G. Anspach. Dr. Anspach owned the sanitarium in Colfax, IA called the Victoria Colfax Sanitarium. This car pictured here is the last car he used to make house calls before he passed away. The Victoria Sanitarium was built in 1904 by Dr. Alice and Lewis Turner as a rest home where people can get well naturally. The sanitarium changed hands before being demolished in 1928. The Victoria Sanitarium used the natural mineral springs in some of their rehabilitation methods.
