This peddler's wagon was owned by A.J. Elias. Mr. Elias provided services for numerous customers in the Monona, Shelby and Pottawattamie areas for 55 years. During this time, Elias helped to bring crucial supplies to rural farm families during the harsh winter months. Pictured above is some of the supplies Elias sold out of his wagon. These tools include oxbow pins, scissors, tin cups, and cooking tools.
