The subject of this interview is Deno Cejvanovic, a Bosnian native who discusses life after the war and coming to the United States. Deno Cejvanovic and his family immigrated to Waterloo on October 27, 1997 when he was 16. He continued high school after his arrival. He earned an Associate's degree at Hawkeye Community College and went on to receive his Bachelor's degree from Upper Iowa University in Business Administration. He is now a successful realtor who is married and has two children.
