This Stutz was produced in 1919 by the Stutz Motor Company. It is classified as the Stutz Touring Phaeton and can seat up to seven people. Seating up to seven people is rare for a racing car. Underneath the hood, this Strutz has a 4 cylinder engine. What this means is that there are four pistons firing causing the combustion needed to run the engine. A unique feature on the Strutz is it's ability to switch back from a magneto ignition or a dual ignition. Another feature is the air pump located on the dash that is used to pressurize the gas tank. The steering wheel is located on the right. The steering wheel position did not switch to left until 1921.
