This is the exterior of the Wyatt Earp Boyhood Home of the Pella Historical Society in Pella, Iowa. The building was the home of the Earp between 1850 and 1864, when his family moved to Iowa when Wyatt was two years old. The family would remain in the Pella community for the next fourteen years, at which point Wyatt Earp himself left for California at the age of sixteen. The building has been in the possession of the Pella Historical Village complex since 1966 and underwent a two-and-a-half year renovation between 2018 and 2021. It now houses the Wyatt Earp Experience, an interactive exhibit about the early years of the lawman's life in Dutch Iowa.
