Wood box with wooden rod connecting runners. Frayed rope to pull it. Appears to have been homemade. Burness W. Eiler grew up at 412 Franklin Street in Cedar Falls with his mother and three brothers. The father died before they moved to Cedar Falls. Joe was a sexton for a cemetery while Earl ran a meat market. John Livingston taught Burness to fly airplanes. Later, Burness flew commercially.
