This home belonged to Henry Havelock Wilson of Mount Ayr, Iowa. The home was located in a community called Sheldon Heights. Frank Sheldon, a local banker, financier, and real estate broker, developed the community in 1913. Henry Wilson's home was the third house built in Sheldon Heights. The house is still standing today.
