1914 Ford Model T. When it first came out it costed $500 new. 35,017 of these cars were made. This model has a four cylinder L head. The cylinder head is called an internal combustion engine which sits on top of the cylinder block on the motor block. The L head means there is a sidevalve. Valves are sealed with a head gasket. This particular automobile is all original, just as it came off the factory line. The car has only 1,000 miles on it. It can produce up to 20 horsepower. On the back, the Model T sports the classic turtle neck trunk. The tank located on the running board holds acetylene for the head lamps on the car. The sidelights and tail lights use kerosene. This Model T was the first car purchased by the Hemken Collection in 1957.
